Update About Quinta Studio
Some of you have been wondering why you have not seen any new items from Quinta Studio here for a few months. I have been evaluating how the tariffs will affect future orders; I have tested by placing orders and waiting to see what tariffs would come. And as an added problem, the loss of value of the USD to the EUR means I am losing an additional 30% compared to the last time there was a price increase from Quinta two years ago. Unfortunately, the financial risk is just too great to continue placing orders for the time being. It is now possible I could face tariffs of 150% of the order value, along with additional fees and with the devaluation of the USD. I don't think that increasing the product cost to cover the difference makes sense. So, as of this morning, we will no longer accept orders for out-of-stock items, or place orders for new releases. We have placed an order for any items you may have backordered and will ship these as soon as they arrive.
We will be putting all our remaining quinta inventory on sale for 40% off. This discount is automatic and will show up at checkout. Unfortunately, we will not be running our "Free Shipping" promotion anymore and the sale only applies to in-stock items and is on a first come, first serve basis.
We certainly hope that the world corrects itself and we can revisit this issue and carry Quinta again in the future.
