Refund policy
RETURNS
Items sold as new are returnable within 14 days of delivery. Unused and unopened items will need to be in the same condition as delivered. Please contact us at sales@hobbynutmodels.com, and we will initiate a return. Once return is authorized, you will have 10 days to ship it back, allowance will be taken for the carrier’s return time.
Opened items may be returned, but may be assessed a 10% open item return fee, not to exceed $10.00 USD. Items that are incomplete, damaged, or missing parts will be exchanged at no fee. Cosmetic package damage is not considered refundable unless it caused damage to the contents. Shipping is not refundable unless we are determined to have made the error.
Any chemical, paint, or glue are not refundable unless obviously defective, or a mistake was made by us, we will replace it if this is the case. We are not responsible for errors made by you in ordering. Special circumstances exist on any item deemed hazardous by the carrier, please contact at sales@hobbynutmodels.com us to discuss return options.
Previously Owned or Used items are not returnable for refund, an exchange or credit will be issued if it is found to have major hidden damage. Note: returns not accepted on minor issues like scratched or detached parts from sprues, cracked or yellowed decals, cosmetic package damage which includes crushed corners, small tears, fading, or discoloration. Decals are life limited and should be presumed to be potentially unusable if more than 5 years old.
Shipping damage is handled on a case by case basis, please contact us immediately and send a photo of the shipping box to sales@hobbynutmodels.com
In all cases, if a refund is applicable, only store credit or original purchase method will be issued.
